These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of InstantGames.in and the games published on it, including AgentSlash (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.
Description of the Service
InstantGames.in publishes free, browser-based games that run entirely client-side, with no download, installation, or account required. Game content — including AgentSlash's "AI agents" — is entirely fictional and for entertainment purposes only; it does not depict, use, or represent any real artificial intelligence system.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:
- Copy, redistribute, resell, or rehost the Service or its games without permission;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service beyond normal browser use;
- Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the Service in a way that degrades it for other players;
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Service — including its games, source code, visual design, artwork, and the "AgentSlash" and "InstantGames.in" names — is owned by InstantGames.in or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you; you receive only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to play the games through your browser.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InstantGames.in and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Because scores and progress are stored only in your own browser, we are not responsible for any loss of that data (for example, from clearing your browser storage).
Third-party links and advertising
The Service may display links to third-party sites, or (when enabled) advertising served by third parties such as Google AdSense. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or ad.
Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which InstantGames.in operates, to the extent permitted by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
